Andrew Tyack, CPA, CFE
Andrew P. Tyack is the President and CEO of Tyack, CPA. Andrew has over 18 years experience in the accounting industry both in public and private practice.
Andrew’s public practice experience includes working with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 8 years as well as a local firm in Sarasota, Florida. During this time Andrew worked with small to medium size company’s and gained a vast amount of experience across many industries. This experience includes working with numerous community associations and nonprofit organizations. Andrew’s previous experience in private practice was in South Africa, where he spent a few years working for a manufacturing company as its Financial Director. In addition, he was in charge of a business in the service industry where he was the Managing Director and majority shareholder.
Originally from South Africa, Andrew immigrated to the United States in January, 1999 and has settled in Sarasota with his wife and two children. He graduated from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa and passed the Chartered Accountant’s board exam. Since being in the United States, he has also passed the Certified Public Accountants exam, has obtained a license as a certified fraud examiner and obtained a Masters in Accounting.
Speaking Experience
Andrew has previously presented classes to all levels of staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as financial management classes to property managers and home owners. This class to property managers was previously approved through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Kim Tyack, Vice President - Marketing
Kim Tyack is the Vice President of marketing for Tyack, CPA. Kim’s charge is not only to ensure that our firm’s marketing function is overseen but also to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer satisfaction. Kim’s excellence in this area is continually proven through our outstanding growth since inception. Early in her career, Kim worked as a manager for a manufacturing Company, gaining experience in various office administrative functions, client liaison and marketing. Since joining Tyack, CPA, Kim has obtained her Community Association Manager license and M-100 where she has developed comprehensive knowledge in community association management.

Jamileh Dyer, Senior Accountant
Jamileh Dyer is a Senior Accountant for Tyack, CPA. Jamileh joined the firm in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing numerous taxation and accounting clients.
Jamileh is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant. Her previous experience includes corporate tax, auditing and accounting with Fortune 500 companies as well as individual, business and payroll taxes. Jamileh is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and provides consulting and training to clients on this accounting software.
Jamileh grew up in New York City. In 2003 she relocated from the Philadelphia area with her husband, son and daughter.
